- Must support both IPv4 and IPv6
- Peering over Internet Exchange (IX) is allowed
- Cross-connects are available at your expense
- Must maintain a current PeeringDB listing
- All advertised networks must have valid RPKI and IRR route objects
- You must only send traffic to networks we advertise and never add static routes or default routes to our network
- No traffic across port 25 (SMTP) through our network
